Delivery Information

We offer free shipping if:

• The total order amounts equal to or greater than $500.
• The shipping location is in the United States (except Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands). 

The state of Hawaii and Alaska, and Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands receive a discounted shipping rate for orders above or equal to $500.

We do not ship orders to residential regions. The receiver must be at least 18 years old or 21 years old as per the law of the state of the residence.

The factors determining the shipping costs are the dimensions of the box, weight, and location.

Our primary shipping carrier is UPS Ground. For volume orders, we ship on palate via Trucking companies having services on the destination area

with the best rate quotation. We also offer other carriers and services based on the customer’s needs/recommendations.

The shipping fee is charged to the customer. For volume shipment, we do ship both Prepaid and Collect.

Free shipping is not applicable for expedited shipping. The extra charges will have to be covered by the customer.
